Work requests

Requests land in one place, whether they arrive through the portal, over the phone or in a message. Each one carries a status, an owner and a history everyone can see, so nothing falls through and no one has to ask where a job stands.

Requests land in one place, whether they arrive through the portal, over the phone or in a message. Each one carries a status, an owner and a history everyone can see, so nothing falls through and no one has to ask where a job stands.

Quotes, material costs, hours and expenses stay together in a single view for every job. You see the margin while the work is running rather than once it is finished, and material prices update themselves as suppliers change them.

Every exchange with the client stays attached to the job it belongs to, from the first request to the final invoice. The client can see the status themselves, so you are not retelling the same story on every call.

You do what you love,
the portal handles the rest.
Questions and approvals sit on the job they belong to, so nobody has to dig through email to find out what was agreed.
Every material is priced at what it costs today, so you aren't quoting off a spreadsheet from last spring.
The portal isn't tied to one country. Wherever your company runs from, it works the same, in your language and on your local time.
Your quote stays flat while material prices move.

Pakki is the core: work requests, quotes, job status and the material cost overview. That covers getting a job in and getting it back out again. Pakkinn adds your own branding on top, automatic price updates from the suppliers, and the Gmail add-on. Setup comes with either one. We get you running.
Yes, for 30 days. It isn't a stripped down demo, it's the portal itself with your jobs and your customers in it. We set you up, then you find out whether it fits the way you work before any money changes hands.
Yes, whenever you like. There's no lock-in and no notice period. Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, so you don't lose anything you've paid, and after that the subscription just doesn't renew.
We might, but not for you. If we add substantial new tools, the price list can change for people who sign up after that. The rate you joined at stays yours for as long as you keep the subscription. That's a promise.
Yes. You have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to change your mind and get your money back. In practice you'll know long before that, since the 30 days before it cost you nothing.
Your access runs to the end of the paid period and then closes. Nothing goes dark in the middle of a job. We do have to keep some of your data after that, where law, settlement or security requires it, and the terms set out what that covers. If you come back later, you're welcome back. You can read the terms in full here.
No, the prices on this page exclude VAT. You run a business and you're accounting for VAT anyway, so we show the numbers the way they'll land in your books rather than inflating them on the page.
Annual costs 20% less than the same subscription paid monthly. Nothing else changes, same features and same number of users. Monthly is more flexible, annual is cheaper.
Yes, whenever. Start on Pakki and move up to Pakkinn when you want your own branding and your own domain. If you end up not using it, move back down. You don't have to settle this today.
Icelandic service and contracting companies. Electricians, carpenters and anyone in similar work who takes in requests, sends quotes and needs to know where every job stands. Fagorka and Stórholt already run their businesses on it.
Straight from BYKO, Húsasmiðjan and Rönning. You build a service with a material recipe and it prices itself off what those cost that day. You don't have to dig out last year's price list and hope for the best.
You can either point customers straight at your portal or put a button on your website that sends them through to it. We'll help you set that up if you need. Either way, the customer fills in the request, attaches photos and files, and then follows the status themselves. You get noticeably fewer calls that open with "any news?".
Regularly, and they come with your subscription at no extra cost. You don't pay an upgrade fee for the system getting better while you're using it.
Please do. Send us a line and tell us what's missing for the way you work. We're building this for Icelandic contractors, so whatever you're running into is exactly what we want to hear about.
With a password, a Google account or Kenni electronic ID. Your customers use the same three, so nobody has to invent another password just to see where their job stands.
Pakki allows up to 5 users and Pakkinn up to 20. If you're outgrowing Pakkinn, come and talk to us.
Yes, and that's deliberate. Each person signs in as themselves. That's how you can see who did what, and it's what the plan's user limit counts. One shared password doing the rounds saves nothing and leaves a hole open.
No. Each company's data is completely separate from everyone else using the system. Your competitor could be in the portal right beside you and neither of you would know.
Yes, on Pakkinn. The portal then runs under your look and on your domain, so your customer is dealing with you and not with us. It's what Fagorka and Stórholt do.
Certain data we keep after access ends, where law, settlement, security or legal claims require it. The terms and the privacy policy set out exactly what that covers.
Send us a line and you'll get an answer from a person who knows the system. The support pages are open any time as well, whether you're subscribed or still trying it out.
