Support for Bases

If something isn't working in the portal or the Gmail add-on, send us a line at hello@bases.is.

The Google Workspace add-on

Have the email open in Gmail before you open the add-on.
When Google asks for permission, allow the add-on to see the message that is open.
If the add-on shows an older version, reload Gmail and open it again.
Your staff account has to be active and allowed to create work requests.

When you get in touch

Tell us which Google account and which company you are using, when the problem started, and exactly what the error message said. A screenshot usually helps most.

Don't send us passwords or authentication tokens, though, and don't send the contents of private email. We will ask for what we need, and over a secure route.
